Perfumes and other personal beauty items are non- returnable or refunded products.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds or replacement in general on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our policy.
Replacements can happen but ONLY due to damaged products or shipping errors.
Replacements will be only accepted for products received that are damaged/ defective with proof with contact to us within ten days from our shipping proof of date.
In these cases only, as a courtesy to you our trusted, loyal customer, instead of returning items you can keep the product and contact us for a full refund or a replacement.
Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis as a business on sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then if possible you can choose to recycle it.
