We will only replace products damaged or defective in shipping with visual proof, if contacted within 3 days of receipt of items.

Any order within the 48 contiguous states will have a shipping fee of $15.

Pure Joíe products are made to order. Therefore, processing and shipping time takes 21 days to be delivered through USPS.

We do not ship internationally because it is considered dangerous goods because of the alcohol ingredient.
